Antique 1904 Cape Cod Folks book by Sarah P. McLean Greene (Sally Pratt McLean). McLean turned her experiences as a teacher into a quasi-autobiographical novel based in Cedarville, MA (or Wallencamp as she calls it in the book). The book was also turned into a film.
I love the cover and spine as a display piece-- it's a yellow-ish green cover with a picture of a sunset and sailboat. There are also black and white images within. If you or someone you know loves Cape Cod or old books, this is the perfect gift.
There is wear and discoloration on the cover, spine, and pages due to age. There also appears to be water damage with staining throughout the book, a little bit of bubbling on the spine, and fading on the back cover (pictured). Book measures about 7.5" x 5". Please note that photos may appear brighter than actual book.
