Rare 1896 antique Tales from Shakespeare book by Charles & Mary Lamb. This book has a beautiful blue and silver cover from Henry Altemus Bookbindery in Philadelphia.
The book includes such tales as Romeo and Juliet, Othello, Macbeth, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Twelfth Night, The Winter's Tale, and many more. This would be a very thoughtful gift for a book collector or someone who loves Shakespeare.
There is wear/bumping and discoloration on the cover, spine, and pages due to age, but otherwise this book is in pretty good condition. The book measures about 6" x 4". Please note that photos may appear brighter than actual book.
