Antique 1919 Rose in Bloom book by Louisa M Alcott, author of Little Women. This is a nice edition with a brown and gold gilt spine.
In this sequel to Eight Cousins, Rose Campbell returns after two years of traveling around the world. Before she marries anyone, Rose is determined to establish herself as an independent young woman seeking a role in philanthropy. This is a great coming of age story and would make a wonderful gift for any book collector.
Due to its age, there is some wear and discoloration on the cover, spine, and pages. The spine/front cover is also off a little bit, protruding over the back cover. Book measures about 7" x 4.5" x 1.25". Please note that photos may appear brighter than actual book.
