Sense & Sensibility was Jane Austen’s first published novel. It is the story of two sisters. After the death of their father they are forced to leave their family estate and to move with their mother and younger sister to a cottage in rural Devonshire. The story follows their experiences in love, loss and a growing understanding of the world.
There is no copyright date inside, but there is an inscription from 1956. There is some wear and discoloration on the cover, spine, and pages due to age. The book measure about 6.25" x 4.2". Please note that photos may appear brighter than actual book.
